Nocturne Tincture (50ml)

Nocturne tincture is a calming and mildly sedative. Two powerful plants - Passionflower and Lemon balm - work together to soothe the nerves, relax the digestive system and invite sleep.

Directions: Drink 10 drops in a little water, tea, or on its own 30 minutes before bedtime. Store in a cool, dark place.

Contains: Passiflora incarnata & Melissa officinalis extracted in 43% alcohol.
