Orders are only processed during business hours and on business days (Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm).
All orders might take up to 5 business days for delivery, but we strive to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
We use uAfrica as our shipping provider - you will get email messages to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery.
Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.
As our teas and tinctures are batch-produced, we only have a limited amount of each product. If, for whatever reason, we can't give you the product you ordered at the advertised price, you'll get a full refund.
